DRAFT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW — NOT FOR PRODUCTION These terms are placeholder text. They have NOT been reviewed by a lawyer and are not a complete or enforceable agreement. They exist so the consent-capture machinery can be built and tested. Counsel must replace this text before launch. 1. About Etherstone Etherstone provides digital memorial pages linked to an engraved physical marker. Funeral homes create memorials during arrangements and hand them to families, who manage them thereafter. 2. Accounts You need an account to manage or contribute to a memorial. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses one-time codes sent there. 3. Content you add You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant Etherstone permission to store and display it for the purpose of operating the memorial. You must have the right to upload it, and it must not be unlawful or infringe anyone else's rights. 4. Memorial content and the deceased Memorials concern people who have died. Families decide what is shown publicly and what stays private to family members. Etherstone does not verify the accuracy of what is submitted. 5. Moderation Anyone can report a memorial. Etherstone may remove content or unpublish a memorial where it appears unlawful, harmful, or in breach of these terms. 6. Availability Etherstone is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. 7. Changes These terms may change. Material changes will require renewed acceptance. 8. Contact support@etherstone.net
